Bring a photo or bring the plant itself. Haruki Shimizu or one of the team will sit with you for as long as it takes to figure out what's going wrong and what to try next. No charge for the first conversation.
We repot in our own soil blends, check the root system, trim where needed, and send the plant home in a new pot if you want one. We handle everything from small succulents to large-specimen ficus.
Four times a year we put together a small box: one or two plants chosen for the coming season, a bag of appropriate soil, and a care note. Subscribers get first access to new arrivals before they hit the floor.
You bring the pot, we find the plant. Or the other way around. We spend time on proportion, drainage, and whether the glaze will work with the light in your room. It takes longer than you'd expect and that's fine.
A two-hour Saturday workshop held in the back room, covering root anatomy, soil composition, and how to read a plant that's in trouble. Maximum eight people. Includes materials and tea.
